This little story has been a fave of mine for years. Again, it takes a popular TS theme and does a superb job to make it fresh, and it's still hot and fun after all these years.Written from Blair's pov, it details his difficulty with lusting after Jim. Once, he accompanied Jim to the gym, but being in such proximity to his sweaty, well-muscled friend was too disconcerting. So, this time when Jim goes to the gym alone, Blair is free to fantasize about him, and happily goes to his room for a little personal time with images of the man of his dreams.
Vera's style is light-hearted and her Blair is amusingly self-deprecating.[1]
