Excerpts

Why MFU? What is it about the show that fuelled your creativity? I have always loved Robert Vaughn and watching UNCLE as a child, Napoleon Solo made me feel safe in a world I really didn’t feel safe in. I loved the fact they both agents had someone they could depend on. The friendship between the characters.

What is the story you “dare not write” or the picture “you dare not create”? Slash. Any story where one partner betrays the other by sleeping with their wife or girlfriend. Stories that show them as evil or manipulative in their “personal” side of the story.

How would you respond to a critic who says, “Oh, you write fan fiction. You’re not a real writer.” The same way I respond when they say “Oh you got your degree online? Then you really didn’t go to college.” It doesn’t matter what type of writing you do. If you can put it to paper (or I guess screen) hold your readers attention and make it come alive, you are a writer.
