Dawna Snyder was a Star Trek fan who began publishing fanzines in the 1970s. She contributed fan art and fan poetry to fanzines and also attended the MediaWest convention. She passed in 2012.

We are so sorry to learn of Dawna’s passing. We both showed and loved our dogs, and we met through our interest in multimedia fandom. Had hoped to see her at MediaWest*Con again, some day! [1]
