DP-L is a Yahoo Group for the Dark Perks faction, open to discussion, news, and fan fiction dedicated to the character Tracy Vetter. The restricted group was founded on 2 January 1999, and had 51 members. It was extremely active from 1999 to 2001, with diminishing activity thereafter. Since 2006, only sporadic posts have been made, with no posts in 2009. DP-L was, however, active in 2010 in preparation for War Thirteen.

The Dark Perks are a Forever Knight faction dedicated to Detective Tracy Vetter. We see Tracy as a gal with attitude, dealing with difficult issues and giving as good as she gets.This list is for discussion, news, fanfic and whatever other assorted goodies members feel the need to share.
