Cypher is a Blake's 7 club newsletter.
It appears to have been published by the Blake's 7 Fan Club of Victoria until the early 1980s. The title (and perhaps the whole newsletter) was picked up again in December 1989 and continued for an unknown time.
The second incarnation of the newsletter has the subtitle: "Newsletter of Liberator Australis, the Blake's 7 Appreciation Society of Australia."
