Cure Black/Cure White is a yuri pairing between Nagisa Misumi 'Cure Black' and Honoka Yukishiro 'Cure White' in the Precure fandom.
Canon
Initially, Nagisa is shown to be envious of Honoka, who receives love letters and confessions from boys commonly, whereas she receives fan letters from girls. Honoka wishes to become friends with Nagisa, and is hurt when Nagisa rejects her after a misunderstanding. Nagisa and Honoka play Romeo and Juliet respectively at a later point in the first series. Later in the series, Nagisa is shown to be protective of Honoka, often gaining immenise power when she Honoka is hurt or threatened.
In Precure All Stars Memories, Nagisa says that she loves Honoka and that she can't live without her.[1]
In manga by Kamikita Futago and merchandise released by Toei, the two have been placed in situations that have been read as romantic.

To me what makes Nagisa and Honoka far and away my favorite pair in all of Pretty Cure is the sheer physicality of their interactions with each other. They cannot transform without holding hands. They cannot perform their magical finishing moves without holding hands. 99% of their fighting is physical, via punches and kicks against enemies who punch and kick, so they are constantly protecting each other from physical peril by putting their own bodies in front of the other.
