Convention of the Sunshine CapitOl, or CSO, was a planned Doctor Who convention in Brisbane, Australia. It may have been a NatCon.[2] Guests were supposed to be Caroline John, Geoffrey Beevers, and Keff McCullough.[3] It is unclear if the convention actually took place.
