Conrad/Yozak is the ship between Conrad Weller and Josak Gurrier from Kyou Kara Maou. The characters are childhood friends and remain close. They're both half human and half Mazoku who chose to live among Mazoku instead of humans, so they age at the same rate and have both experienced discrimination over their heritage, which includes being the only two survivors of a battle in which Josak carried an injured Conrad to safety on his back.
Fandom
Conrad/Yozak is significantly more popular among English-speaking fans than Japanese fans, possibly because the age gap ships ConYuu and Yozak/Murata are more of a squick in Western fandom. In English-speaking fandom, Conrad/Yozak is often treated as a companion ship to Yuuram.
Since there are numerous different romanizations of both Conrad and Josak's names, the ship's name can vary greatly. The official spellings are Conrart/Conrad Weller and Josak Gurrier, but Yozak is the more popular spelling in English-speaking fandom and is the canonized version used in most community tags.
