god, will the pain never end? (spoilers - it will. it's very much uphill [in this zine] from here onwards, but first!) another fic i dislike :( it's post 'orbit' and tarrant's like - hey, avon, why's vila so sad? and avon's like - well, i totally chose to save my life over his. and tarrnat is like - are you shitting me? it is over between us avon (which, i guess is vaguely plausible if we take tarrant's bizarre insistence that avon die with them in 'dawn of the gods' as important to tarrant's character, but personally i prefer to pretend 'dawn of the god's didn't happen). tarrant storms off and avon is like - he'll be back! and it will be even HOTTER between us. o_o [1]
