Colby Madden is the youngest member of the Madden family. Colby did not receive his superpower until after his family fled to valley view, so he never terrorized the world as a supervillain, but after his father, Vic Madden made a costume for him he decided to go by the name Flashform. For the majority of the beginning of the show Colby struggled to control his power of shapeshifting meaning he was unable to attend school with his two older siblings.
