The Cola Shake meme refers to a genre of animations wherein a character shakes a bottle of cola or other container. These videos are often, but not always set to the song HOT LIMIT by T.M.Revolution. The defining characteristics of these animations is that the characters will go through similar poses and key moments in the animation. The original video was not made for any specific fandom, however, it has been adapted into many different fandoms.
The meme originated on Nico Nico Douga in the early 2010s, but many videos, including the original, have since been taken down due to copyright claims.
