Claire Fraser (nee Beauchamp, previously Clair Beauchamp Randall) is the protagonist of Outlander.

Canon

Born CLaire Beauchamp, she served as a nurse in World War II and married Frank Randall. She then traveled back in time from the 20th century to the Jacobite Uprising of 1745. In the past, she married Jamie Fraser.
