This is a great character study of both Cadman and McKay in the aftermath of Duet. Getting back into her own body was great, but it didn't leave Cadman feeling easy-peasy, with everything resolved nice and neat, tied up in a red ribbon bow; Instead, her own body is a stranger to her, clumsy and awkward, and she decides she needs Rodney with her to reclaim it. The story of how she does that is incredibly hot, with a blunt, aggressive Cadman POV, not pulling any punches in what she wants, and Rodney eventually getting with the program as well. Great voices on both of the characters.[1]
Oh, this is good. I love your take on Cadman - the regret mixed in with the straightforwardness - and there simply isn't enough well-written het in this fandom, for all that I'll read and enjoy anything from any genre. Thanks for scratching that itch :) [2]

This should totally be required reading or something, because this made me look at the whole not slash thing in a purely different light. And you've captured Cadman's voice perfectly - this is absolutely who I imagined her to be - actually pretty much everything about this story is perfectly on the mark - really liked this.
