Chuck/Bryce pairs off Chuck Bartowski and Bryce Larkin from Chuck. They're not canon, although you could certainly interpret their relationship as full of yearning for one another.
In the show
While Chuck is the protagonist, Bryce is a supporting character. Believed to be dead at the start of the show, Bryce features mostly in flashbacks at first, where he's shown to have a very deep, honest and nerdy bromance with Chuck before being forced to seemingly betray him. Chuck eventually learns that Bryce made him get expelled from college to stop the CIA from making a spy out of him, as Bryce saw that as something that would break Chuck. Bryce comes back midway through Season 1, and the two old friends quickly get their chemistry back. However, for the next season and a half, they have a simili-rivalry, as they both vye for the affection of Sarah Walker, Chuck's CIA handler and Bryce's frequent mission partner and girlfriend. It's clear that in spite of this, Bryce holds a deep affection for Chuck, up to his death in the Season 2 finale, while Chuck stays confused, mystified by Bryce's perceived nonsensical behavior.
In the end, Bryce has a deep impact on Chuck's life, and his death makes the show take a darker path.
