Caulifla/Kale is a semi-canon ship introduced in Dragonball Super.
Canon
Caulifla and Kale are the first female Saiyans to go Super Saiyan in canon, and the first to perform a Fusion of any kind with each other. Their Potara Fusion, Kefla, combines Kale's innate potential and newfound confidence with Caulifla's determination and love of battle.
Kale
Kale is the legendary Super Saiyan of Universe 6, who possesses incredible latent power in battle. She is a reference to Broly, a character from DBZ's original movie canon. Like the original Broly, her power is related to a berserker state triggered by Goku. However, while Broly's grudge against Goku stems from Goku annoying him as a baby, Kale's grudge and berserker state are set off when she perceives Goku to be stealing Caulifla from her. Kale is consistently shown to be very jealous of anyone who attracts Caulifla's attention, especially men.
Caulifla
Caulifla is the leader of a group of delinquent Saiyans from Universe 6. She took Kale in and serves as her mentor. Like the Saiyans of Universe 7, Caulifla is confident and loves fighting. However, unlike other Saiyans, she doesn't make fun of Kale for being unusually shy and lacking in confidence. Instead, she encourages her to take risks and expresses support for her in battle—although she's sometimes distracted from Kale by a new discovery or opponent.
Fandom

Femslash-friendly parts of fandom accept Caulifla/Kale as canon, while other areas express the opinion that Kale only sees Caulifla as an admired friend. The fact that Kale uses a Japanese word meaning "big sister" to address Caulifla also causes many people to see them as adopted sisters, although the word's actual connotations are of an underling/superior relationship between gang members.
Still others have the opinion that Kale's feelings are romantic in nature, but Caulifla only sees her as a friend. The mobile game Dragon Ball Legends seems to hint that Caulifla returns those feelings, but it's not made clear in the Super anime.
