CapCon was the 26th Australian National Science Fiction Convention[1] and a Star Trek con held in Canberra, Australia, in 1987. Not to be confused with CAPcon, an ageplayer convention. The guests of honor were Robert Asprin and Lynn Abbey.
Down Under Fan Fund (DUFF) [2] winner Lucy Huntzinger and Fan Fund of Australia and New Zealand (FFANZ) [3] winner Lyn McConchie attended the con.[4]
The 1987 Ditmar Awards for Australian Science Fiction were presented there, and five winners were selected for each category.[5]
