Brides of Dracula are characters in the novel Dracula and its derivatives. They are three female vampires inhabiting Dracula's castle.
Canon
The Brides appear a couple of times at the beginning and the end of the novel. They are described as "ladies in dress and manner" with long loose hair; one of them is blonde and blue-eyed, two are dark-haired, with aquiline noses and some similarity to the Count. They first appear in the iconic scene where they try to attack Jonathan Harker, but are interrupted by Dracula who feeds them a baby instead. Their next big scene is the one at the end where they're calling Mina to them, referring to her as their "sister", and kill Mina's and Van Helsing's horses in rage when the holy circle prevents Mina from going to them. During their last appearance they get killed in their sleep by Van Helsing. The Brides have hypnotic powers that make men drawn to them, and are presented as alluring but inhuman predators. The exact character of their relationship to Dracula is never specified.
Fandom
There is a push in the Dracula Daily fandom against referring to the three vampires as "Brides" and sometimes also against portraying them in sexual relationship with Dracula. Fans point out that they never are referred to as "Brides" in the novel, and often use different names such as "Weird Sisters" or "Dracula's roommates".

Novel
While in the fandom it's common to interpret the Brides as Dracula's family members, this interpretation is surprisingly rare in fanfiction.

Fanfiction focused on the Brides often provides backstories showing who they are/were as individuals and how they were turned into vampires:
Their relationships with Dracula are usually shown as quite dysfunctional, but some stories present happier takes on them.

When the Brides are paired with anyone, it's usually with Dracula, but Brides/Jonathan and Brides/Mina works also exist.

Dolingen
Dolingen, the female vampire from Stoker's short story Dracula's Guest, appears in a couple of fics and arts. While it's not clear in the story whether she's the blonde Bride or an unrelated fourth vampire and what her relationship with Dracula is, she is sometimes paired with him.

Fanart
The Brides' first scene in the novel, when they try to attack Jonathan, is a common subject in fanart with them. Their other scenes (calling to Mina and their murder by Van Helsing) are depicted much less often.
Professional artists tend to portray the Brides in sexualized manner, often clinging seductively to Dracula; while fan artists on Tumblr also often depict the Brides as sexy, they prefer either to not include Dracula or make their scenes together humorous.
