Recs and Reviews

I am in love with this fic. Written with the barest amount of work but so full. I am fascinated by the way the words play on each other and the sex is not even overly sexually it sharp clean edges ..[1]

You don’t just read a story by Jane St Clair, you experience it. This is an alternate ending to TPM with Jane’s lyrical, erotic style that I love.

Excerpt:

Obi-Wan's own feelings for his master had been the subject of half a hundred meditations in the last two or three years. He hadn't had any desire to re-live his first infatuation. But this was something else, less omnipresent and less shattering, but felt with all the intensity of his adult mind. And it was love, for Qui-Gon as a person rather than a symbol. As the one who rubbed Obi-Wan's back when he couldn't sleep, but also as a man he was just coming to know, whose silences absorbed him and whose pride would always keep him from taking on a desperate lover.[2]
