Bleach Asylum is a forum dedicated to discussing Bleach. It was the largest Bleach forum on the net before the original site went down. It was home to not only plot discussion but also many, many pairing fan clubs that focused on shipping meta and sharing fanworks.
2013 Hacking
Because it seems like some people are still left in the dark about what happened to Bleach Asylum and I know a great deal of my followers are from BA, Bleach Asylum was hacked. At this point, it doesn’t look good and BA will have to start from scratch. The best thing we can do now is wait to see if the new forum goes up and then work extra hard to re-make BA back into the great forum it used to be.Oh and FYI, I own all the Bleach novels, databooks, etc. I can re-upload scans to BA if needed. :)[1]
Sorry folks, more bad news.It looks to be officially confirmed by spacecat, that we were indeed hacked somehow and that the damage to the database and admin files, was done on purpose. This doesn’t change much of the current situation, but the damage looks to be more extensive then first thought.
Down time will continue for longer. Worst case scenario now looks to be that we may have to start completely over, if the database cannot be fully recovered. Lets hope that is not the case.[2]
