Summary

From a flyer:

Picard and the crew of the Enterprise are called to the newly-settled planet of Kalabijhan. Their mission is to diffuse a growing religious conflict between the settlers and the neighboring system's inhabitants. They find themselves embroiled in the growing tensions between the arabic [sic] culture of the settlers and their alien neighbors of the world Culinduh.

When the Captain is hurt in an attack, his crew must search the desert sands for answers. Riker explores the limits of his authority as he tests how far the Prime Directive can be stretched.

Data finds a new friend and Troy [sic], a potential lover.

Young Wesley must come to grips with his conscience while Beverly wrestles with her heart.

Ride the crests of the dunes of one planet; then explore beneath the turbulent surface of another as you and the crew delve into the oceans of Culinduh to explore the coral reef would of the Nautili.
