Baylor discovered fandom and fanfiction during the 1990s thanks to her overwhelming obsession with The X-Files. However, she did not begin posting fanfiction until the early 2000s and the release of The Fellowship of the Ring. She has since written a plethora of stories in a variety of fandoms. She is still best known for her work with hobbits, particularly the story The Care and Feeding of Hobbits; also for her story Birthright, based on The Faculty and intended to fix what she considered to be an unsatisfying, tacked on ending to the movie.
Most recently, Baylor has been involved in the Supernatural fandom. She has also begun podficcing and has produced a number of recordings including Birthright, Lazarus Came Forth by Oselle, and Mockingbird by Hiyacynth.
