Batcest is a term used to describe any two members of Bruce Wayne's extended family, or pseudo-extended family, being in a romantic relationship with each other. Urban dictionary defines it as:
Batcest is the crack shipping nickname between Batman/Bruce Wayne and his protegee Batgirl/Barbara Gordon[1]
However, it often goes beyond that, to include Robincest, or any romantic relationship between Bruce and any of the Robins, or Bruce and any of the younger members of the Batman superhero group who may look to Bruce as a mentor or father figure. These relationships are often seen as pseudo-incest.
