Barnyard is an animated film by Nickelodeon, following the main character of Otis and his time with the other animals in the titular barnyard. There was also a video game tie-in, and the film was followed by a TV series.

I remember the scene in Barnyard (2006) where Ben the Cow stands up to the coyotes and Tom Petty's "I Won't Back Down" plays in the back as a literal iconic moment in cinema

The film is remembered in wider fandom for a presumably unintentional implication that all the bulls are either trans or intersex, due to a decision by the filmmakers to give all of the cattle udders.
