Anna, now known primarily as moony or annathaema, is a multi-fannish writer with a strong following whose presence in fandom stretches back to the late 90's/early 2000's.
One of her Sherlock stories, Monster, was turned into a podfic by speccygeekgrrl for Podbang 2010.[1]
Hobbies Odd was her popslash and Lotrips website.
Scandals and Wank
Over the years, Anna has been accused multiple times of exploiting her fandom connections in order to take advantage of others and create real life trouble for them. This account, written by former friend fayemeadows, details events that took place in the spring of 2002. This tumblr post, made almost exactly ten years later, attracted a great deal of commentary from former acquaintances who felt the need to signal boost, warning others of her pattern of behavior and calling her a "grifter" and a con artist.
