Balance the Force is a Qui-Gon/Obi-Wan series by Lilith Sedai. The first part was posted in May 2013 and the last part was finished by September 2013 or before.

Series

  • Galactic Gladiators - Obi-Wan, more attuned to the Unifying Force than his master, believes his nightmares may be a warning about the future. Qui-Gon, preoccupied by the Living Force, disregards the warning. Lengthy and convoluted mayhem ensues. There's a lot of plot in this one, so you should really be able to sink your claws into it... so to speak. ;-)
  • Rogue Jedi - Outcast from the Jedi order for dabbling in the Dark Side and defying the Council, Qui-Gon Jinn seeks his purpose as a rogue. Meanwhile, Obi-Wan Kenobi seeks his knighthood.
  • Dark Apprentice - Rogue Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn seeks to bring down Supreme Chancellor Palpatine while Knight Obi-Wan Kenobi and Grand Master Yoda struggle to guide the Jedi Order away from destruction.
  • Uneasy Allies - Supreme Chancellor Palpatine's various manipulations and plots mature around those who are embroiled in them.
  • Grandmaster - Qui-Gon must face a challenging task to prove he has recovered from his ordeal, if he wants to take his rightful place as Obi-Wan's lover and as Grand Master of the Gray Jedi.

Recs and Reviews

Recc'd often by this comm, Lilith Sedai writes stories set seamlessly into the GFFA, only with sex. Masterfully plotted, Balance The Force is what I'd call 'high concept' (yet bountiful with 'low concept' character development and many subtleties), and I'll let the author summarize: Obi-Wan, more attuned to the Unifying Force than his master, believes his nightmares may be a warning about the future. Qui-Gon, preoccupied by the Living Force, disregards the warning. Lengthy and convoluted mayhem ensues. Really, this is not to be missed. Told in series, as follows:Galactic Gladiators, Rogue Jedi, Dark Apprentice, Uneasy Allies, Grandmaster[2]
