BNHA Fandom Calendar is a Tumblr blog that posts weekly updates collecting fandom events happening within the Boku no Hero Academia fandom.

History

The project began with an introduction post an mission statement on March 11, 2019:

Hello everyone! We are the BNHA Fandom Calendar project, a new project to keep track of BNHA fan events!


The BNHA fandom is super active, and is constantly putting on events. Ship weeks! Zines! Big bangs! Things are constantly happening, but there’s no singular place where you can keep track of all of these things. That’s where the fandom calendar comes in: if you submit your event to us, we can signal boost it! This is your new one stop shop for fandom events.

On August 9, 2019, the blog posted a Rules Update which announced that the blog would no longer promote NSFW Content and events:

The new NSFW policy is: this blog will no longer promote primarily NSFW projects.


A note regarding “primarily NSFW”: I know that it’s common for zines to feature NSFW side projects/optional add-ons. Because they are optional, and not the focus of the projects, this blog will still promote projects that allow those add-ons.
