Arthur/Guinevere/Lancelot is the most common poly ship in the Arthuriana fandom. It is commonly referred to as A/G/L or the Greater Camelot Polycule (as opposed to Bedikandrivette, the Lesser Camelot Polycule).
Proponents of this ship often argue that, had the three been in a mutual relationship, it would have prevented the dramatic and disastrous Lancevere affair reveal, which was a factor in the downfall of the Round Table, thereby saving Camelot (and, in the words of Red from Overly Sarcastic Productions, could have been called "polyarmory"). Others object that A/G/L couldn't have prevented the fall of Camelot, using a few different arguments: (a) because it is contradictory to the principles of courtly love, (b) because the causes underlying Arthur's downfall were more complicated than that, and/ or (c) because it was real and Arthur did fall.
