Archaeo-Adventures is a site chronicling the adventures of Dr. Janice Covington and Melinda Pappas, the reincarnated Gabrielle and Xena from the episode The Xena Scrolls. The page is set up in way that treats the episode as a documentary and the stories as historical accounts.
The material published here, though also contradictory in some areas, gives the most accurate information to date on the time period immediately following the discovery of the Xena Scrolls and the early years of their partnership. The accounts are presented just as they were received, with no alteration or editing of the contents. There are variations from one source to the next regarding the events in the adventurous, thrilling and, sometimes dangerous lives of Melinda Pappas and Janice Covington. But the essence of those lives, the dedication, the joy, the love, remains consistent.[1]
The site was listed in the Fan Fiction on the Net directory in 1998.[2]
