Cyphered Text is the Doug Ramsey fanfiction archive created by Alara Rogers and later folded into her Crossroads X page.
(This is embarrassing. A home page for a character who can translate any language into any other... and all I can think of for a home page name is that dorky thing up there. Suggestions for new names for the page are accepted with delight.)Welcome to Cyphered Text, the unofficial home page for Douglas Ramsey (aka "Cypher"), the New Mutant that got killed off because the writer and artist (Louise Simonson and Bret Blevins) had no imagination and couldn't figure out what to do with him... Yes, I'm still bitter about that. So far, Doug is still dead, though many far less deserving characters have been brought back to life. But this is fanfic, where dead characters may live again, or simply not have died yet.
The submissions policy is simple: anything with Doug in it in a sizable role. Douglock is generally not considered Doug, although a story in which he does turn out to be Doug in some fashion would be a candidate for archiving here.
