Addison Cain is a pro author who writes professional, for-profit romance/erotica novels with "omegaverse" tropes. Cain started out writing Nolanverse fanfiction, which she eventually adapted into her first novel, Born to be Bound, the first in the Alpha's Claim series.[1]
Cain is connected to Omegaverse Litigation. In 2018, she filed DMCA takedown notices against fellow for-profit omegaverse author Zoey Ellis, claiming that Ellis' Myth of Omega series plagiarized her work. In 2019, Ellis' publisher obtained a judgement that the Myth of Omega series did not plagiarize the Alpha's Claim series.[2]
