A Night Not Remembered is a Sentinel story by Southy.
The author's notes: "The freedom of the Southy byline was that the stories were written without the restriction of "slash or gen" designations."
Summary: "Post-Poachers that is also a sequel of sorts to "Knowing Me, Knowing You". A reminder that Poachers took place after My Brother's Keeper and before Remembrance."
Author's Comments
I probably liked the third season of TS more than any other fan.. It always floors me in “Poachers” when Jim makes that comment about, as a child, being allergic to “life in general”. Whoa! Can I ever relate. So, it was great to finally, finally be able to do something with that line, though the child abuse thing is quite over-done. At least, having Jim as the victim wasn’t quite so trite. The bonus, here, I think, was being able to tie this to a prior story that took place quite a number of episodes ago.[1]
