I love this piece. It makes me sigh. And smile. Robyn's written a beautifully restful piece about one friend coming home exhausted and his friend taking care of him. Now, you're probably asking, which friend is doing what? We don't know. Robyn's written it so that it could either be Blair or Jim doing either set of actions. I think that's what appeals to me the most. That in it's ambiguity, it's also very specific. Because with Jim and Blair, the caring goes both ways. They both care and are cared for. Beautiful.
