@! parties (pronounced 'at-bang') were con parties held at Baycon and possibly other SF Bay Area science fiction conventions in the early- to mid-80's; they were for computer/internet-savvy fans (with the "@" indicating the existence of an email address).

They were known for being somewhat elitist (only people with computers & internet access got directly informed of the parties or had any idea what they were about) and rowdier than most con parties, with drinking and balcony hopping that were prone to getting the party shut down. Pete Shipley hosted[1] some of the @! parties.
