The 2024 Organization for Transformative Works Board of Directors election will take place between June 21st and August 19th, 2024.
On June 24th, 2024, the candidates for the 2024 OTW Board were publicly announced. Four candidates contested two available seats.[1] In alphabetical order by given name, the candidates are:
Candidates’ full legal names are not to be publicly posted unless they are appointed or elected to the Board, a policy continued from 2022.

- June 21st: Candidacy deadline
- June 24th: Candidates publicly announced
- June 30th: Deadline to submit Q&A questions for candidates
- June 30th: OTW membership deadline for prospective voters
- August 16th: Voting begins at 12:01am UTC
- August 19th: Voting closes at 11:59pm UTC
- August 20th: Election results announced

Members of the public will be able to submit questions for the Candidate Q&A via the Elections Committee Contact Form until June 30th. During July, Q&A answers will be posted Candidate Chat will be held.
