r/Johnlock is a Sherlock Holmes/John Watson community on Reddit. The sub contains a range of posts including fanfiction recommendations, fic finder posts, memes, fanart links and more. As of October 2017, the sub had over 1,700 subscribers.
It was founded on January 30, 2013 by moderator tardis3134. The /r/Sherlock_Fanfiction sub was created a couple months after and similarly contains Sherlock/John content, alongside various other pairings.
The sub is named after the Sherlock/John portmaneau ship name, Johnlock.

For all your Johnlock needs and desires! "Johnlock" refers to the fan-created romantic relationship between Sherlock Holmes and Dr. John Watson from the BBC television show Sherlock (but other incarnations of the characters are welcome, as well). We accept and encourage anything that is related to the shipping (see the definition!) of Sherlock and John, such as: images/manipulations, .gifs, artwork, and fanfiction recommendations. Please refrain from posting pictures of John Locke (this guy or this guy), we already know his name sounds like the ship.[1]
