'50 Shades of Grey' could have been a good book, but kinky slant dooms it is a review of Fifty Shades of Grey. The reviewer found the book disturbing and says that "kinkiness aside, this book suffers because the dialogue is weak, and the characters aren't relatable."
The strange sexual turn impedes the story flow and, since it came out of fan fiction, I compared it too much with the premise of “Twilight.” If you are looking for a harlequin romance novel with a lot of extra spanking thrown it there, this is the novel for you.
