Vid Finders as the name suggests is a community on LiveJournal for fans to identify the title, vidder or a working download link of a vid that they can't remember or find.
History
Vid Finders was founded by norah in August 2006 after a discussion on her journal about how the lack of identifiable information on some vids makes contacting vidders difficult and the need for a vid finder community.[1] In fact, the community's name was coined by isiscolo during this discussion.[2]
