Fandom

The fandom is a small one with only a handful of works located mainly on FFN and AO3.

Connections to other Fandoms

With the revival of The Flash on the CW in 2014, several actors returned to the franchise in supporting roles. John Wesley Shipp played Barry Allen's father, Henry Allen, in two seasons, as well as playing Earth 3 Jay Garrick. Mark Hamill reprised his role of the Trickster for 2 episodes and also played the Earth 3 Trickster in one episode. Amanda Pays returns as Tina McGee, now the director of Mercury Labs.

Some fans suspect Earth 3 or another Earth could be the Earth where events in the 1990s show took place. The multiverse allows for events in the 1990s show to be part of the CW Flash's continuity. This is also supported by the glimpse of John Wesley Shipp's Flash as Grant Gustin's Flash travels through to Earth-2[1].
