I've been involved in fandom in one form or another since the late 90s.
I maintained "Northlight's X-Men Archive" for several years; the vast majority of the archive was lost after the site was moved from Geocities to Spree (which discontinued webhosting services shortly after the move). The much reduced archive, as hosted by Geocities, continued to host my own fanfic until the rise of Livejournal.

I try to promote the appreciation of female characters in fandom, being a [[mod]] on communities such as [[100 Women]] and [[Halfamoon]].
