Luanshi becomes infamous among Three Kingdoms fandom thanks to the plot where Zhuge Liang takes a new identity as Zhuge Qiran:
凄然，是诸葛亮给自己的新名字。象征着他和刘备被毁灭的爱情。

Qiran is the new [given] name Zhuge Liang gave to himself. [It] symbolizes the destroyed romance between him and Liu Bei.
