Lee Gold and her husband, Barry Gold, are veteran fans in the filk community. Lee is best known as the editor of Xenofilkia and the author of a number of filk lyrics, including "You Bash the Balrog". She has also edited convention songbooks for Consonance and ConChord, and compiled songbooks collecting the works of Cynthia McQuillin and Dr. Jane Robinson.
Lee Gold also publishes the monthly role-playing game APA Alarums & Excursions.
