Summary

From an ad in The Monthly: "B7 novel with Trek undertones. When Blake learns that the Federation has found a time machine, he tries to destroy it, but fines it's shifted in position instead. Liberator speeds to its new location, and finds the Federation of the past. The Enterprise party had been studying the Guardian of Forever, but now find themselves face to face with the future and surrounded by their own decaying Federation. They join Blake's fight, hoping to return home with the knowledge to change the future. But, inevitably, Avon finds himself on Gauda Prime with Blake dead at his feet."

Reactions and Reviews

Larger story than “Strangers Among Us.” Lots more character interaction and development. Blake trying to blow up the Gateway to Eternity (and screwing things up royally, as usual.) And shipping! Avon/Uhura! Cally/McCoy! And of course…

[regarding an illo, see above]: Vila and Scotty entering into an OT3 with their mutual true love: alcohol.

(Once again, Kirk gets none. B7 women have different standards, I guess.) [1]
