Secrets of a Matchmaker by KiraKira-Kirimi is an early popular Cody/Noah fic on FanFiction.Net for the Total Drama fandom. It is a high school AU where many of Total Drama: Island (2007)'s contestants go to the same school together, including Cody and Noah. Geoff, Bridgette and Leshawna are also prominent characters, and Bridgette/Geoff is featured as a prominent background pairing.

Secrets of a Matchmaker is an abandoned and incomplete work, though it is still beloved by many of its readers. Long-time Cody/Noah shippers may look back upon the fic fondly. Secrets of a Matchmaker is unknown to many newer Total Drama fans after the TD fic-fandom's migration over to Archive of Our Own around 2020, however, as it's not on AO3 in any capacity.

It's been two years since I really followed these two.

I used to write a NoCo fanfiction, too. It was called Secrets of a Matchmaker, but I never finished, and I suppose everyone has probably forgotten about it at this point. I'd like to finish it at some point, but I can never talk myself into writing those twenty-page chapters again! Maybe one day . . .

*Girlish squeal* I love this story so much! This is the best Nody fic I've ever read! I love it so much! They're one of my favorite pairings! This is so well written and unique! I love Geoff and Bridgette playing the roles of matchmakers! They're my favorite characters obviously! I love it a lot! Please update soon! :D

Can't help but find all these references to Noah's laziness endearing. They hit so close to home, in a way... and they're so true. Gets a real good feel of how close the two are becoming when Cody can be so up-front and honest with Noah like that so casually and know things will be cool with him, even when Noah gives him the briefest of death-glares. :D Describing that sweltering heat almost seemed like an element of foreshadowing, it seems...

Still the best Noah/Cody stuff I've seen yet! We're looking forward to where this goes next! Bring on the onslaught of awkward moments!

Ah, yes. I have been waiting to review this for the longest time, and now I get to.

Might I just say, because of this story, I have become a NoCo lover. It's pure,sweet fluff and I adore it for it. This story has so much character development, it's amazing. I love how you threw in Geoff, Bridgette and LeShawna. It works with the dynamic really well. This story honestly needs to be continued, and ranks up there with some of the great TDI fanfiction I've read (that includes The Kobold Necromancer's Total Drama Comeback and Lord Akiyama's Total Drama Academy.)

I would be lying if I said this wasn't one of the best works I've seen on this website or in general. This was superbly well written and I enjoyed every single moment of reading it. You knew exactly how to make the reader laugh, tear up, and almost nearly have a heart attack. Regardless of completion status this will always be a favourite work. Thank you so much for writing it, I really enjoyed it!

I understand that this story is probably dead, but I just wanted to say that I enjoyed reading it, heck I binders the entirety of it in the length of an 8-hour school day. I hope you continue, but if this is it, I'm glad to have read it
