Billy Kaplan, who is the alter ego of the superhero Wiccan, is a fictional character from the Marvel Comics-series The Avengers and Young Avengers.
Canon
Wiccan first appeared in Young Avengers #1 in April 2005. Wiccan is a high-profile gay superhero and has a canon relationship with his fellow Young Avenger, Hulkling. It was later revealed that Billy (along with Tommy) is the reincarnated son of the Scarlet Witch and Vision.[1]

- ^ Young Avengers #11 (May 2006)- Prior to this, the Scarlet Witch was desperate to have children that she used her reality warping powers to create twin sons unknownly - both from scattered fragments of the soul of demon Mephisto. Once they were reabsorbed by him, it destroyed the twins, however because Wanda put so much power in them they ended up destroying Mephisto. The souls were then reincarnated as Billy and Thomas Shepherd
