HEARTSINTACT was a weekly livejournal newsletter that called itself "a compendium of select bandslash fic recs". It featured recs for Panic! at the Disco, Fall Out Boy, The Academy Is..., Gym Class Heroes, Cobra Starship, and My Chemical Romance.
Although the newsletter ended in 2008, there were still 534 users watching the comm in 2011.[1] girlintheband was also a mod at weemo_closet and promoted heartsintact there.[2]
