Why we love it: This is a hilarious crackfic in which Steve is, you guessed it, turned into an octopus. We love how Danny's completely exasperated by Octo-Steve's handsy behaviour, but underneath that is a very Danny-like concern for his partner. Octo-Steve is perfectly characterised as well - you really can tell it's Steve in there somewhere. This may be the only fandom that we know of where the crack is this well done and so very in character.[2]
This is so much adorable and hysterical crack, and I can’t help but love it. I giggle right up until it turned hot, then I enjoyed it even more. (PSA: No tentacles were used in these sexytimes, that is all)[3]
