Wallance or Walter Beckett/Lance Sterling is a common juggernaut ship in Spies in Disguise fandom. Their canon relationship is professional partners and friends.
History
Many of the scenes between the characters in the film are filled with sexual tension, such as when agent Sterling finds himself naked after reverting to human form, in front of Walter. Besides, of course, the romantic atmosphere and some references to famous rom-com scenes cliché created a full field for the shipping of this pairing.
Situations like these and the off-screen mingling of the actors who voice the characters brought many fans to the ship, thus taking the first mentions of Wallance/Walance as the ship is called, a few weeks after the movie's release date. On AO3 itself, the first fanfiction is dated December 28, 2019.
