Talk:Galileo II

An ad in DECK 6 #13 (March 1971) said: "GALILEO II will include Hal Clement’s views on 40 Eridani, the Vulcan solar system. For further info, SASE to Bill Warren, [address]." There's no issue number in the ad, so I assume it was for the first issue, and it sounds like the zine wasn't yet available in early '71. (There were no other ads for or mentions of either this zine or Mr. Warren in DECK 6.) So the "published in 1970 or before" may not be accurate. In fact, I now see that the Strekzine Roster (LNSTFCCF version) says the zine's "Total # ish before 1/1/71" was "zero." --Carol Pruitt (talk) 05:00, 22 January 2021 (UTC)

I really don't know when (or if) the zine was published -- all I can say is, IF it was published, it was no earlier than 1971. Do you know of any evidence that it was published? --Carol Pruitt (talk) 06:33, 11 February 2021 (UTC)
