Serge List Archive is the archive of the Serge mailing list. It features a list of profiles and member homepages, The Official Serge List Library, FAQs, Fraser/Kowalski Artwork, Email Essays, Snapshots, Ray-isms, a room-by-room description of Rays apartment, The Serge Exam Paper (Test your knowledge of slash and Serge. Written by Katherine F.), fun stuff and links.

The page was a member of the Slash Fan Fiction Ring and the Sam Browne Belt.[1] Between February and May 2004 the page moved to a new URL, Sergelist.com. Between 2005 and 2006 it moved to Sergelist.net.

Screencaps

In their own words

From the old main page:

"We, the members of Serge, intend to improve the human condition through better slashing. We will fill the Internet, and thus the world with stories and discussions about the eternal love between that Mountie's Mountie, Benton Fraser, and he who must be slurped, Ray Kowalski. Let all those who have been ridiculed and driven off the other Due South lists because of their passion for Fraser/Kowalski draw near and find good fellowship among us. Let those who would flame or dismiss us take note: we are here to stay."

The Evidence Log:

Do we have proof?
Many have been flamed for daring to presume a Fraser/Kowalski relationship. Do we have any proof to support our allegations? As always, that is between you and your god. Or whoever you take these things up with. But consider the evidence:
Paul Gross, after discovering slash fiction, in the October 1997 issue of *Elm Street*: "I tell you, slash fiction is going to go crazy when they see the new guy. He is really good-looking and sexy, the dangerous side of Fraser. It will be totally homoerotic. How can I see this stuff? Where do I go on the Internet?"
Whatever it does or doesn't mean, though, this is yet more proof (as if we needed) that Paul is simply a very cool person- in that many actors simply freak at the very idea of slash....
From an IRC chat with David and Paul:
DAVID - "Fraser and I are both Heterosexuals"
PAUL - "But I'm a free thinker"
Implications, anyone?
A post from Tam on 6-2-99: "OK, not really a spoiler, but did anyone notice the rubber duckies in Fraser's office in the beginning of ["Strange Bedfellows"]? Now, think about how rubber duckies appear so often in third season. You ready for this? According to our friend Annie, those particular rubber ducks are EXTREMELY popular in the gay community, and that ALL the gay stores she's been to (particularly in New Orleans) and the gay catalogs she gets, carry them. Why? We have no idea. But they have come to stand as some bizarre symbol of the Community. Now, let's think about Paul and what he said about 3rd season and the DELIBERATE homoerotic overtones.... :)"
Make of that what you will.[1]
