Sebastian Stan is a Romanian American actor who is best known in the fannish community for playing Bucky Barnes in the Captain America Movieverse. Before that, Stan was known to the Once Upon a Time fandom for portraying Jefferson, the series version of the mad hatter, and in the Kings fandom for playing Prince Jack Benjamin.

i’m not saying bucky should spend most of cap 3 crying and kissing steve, but i am saying they’d be smart to play to sebastian stan’s strengths.[1]
Sebastian Stan, aka Lil Frogface (#lil Frogface being a popular hashtag on tumblr for him)[2] became a fannish BSO practically overnight upon the release of The Winter Soldier, though there were those who wrote Bucky/Steve from the comics or from Captain America: The First Avenger, as well as those who were fans of Stan's from Kings, which was a fandom popular among vidders. (For instance, Stan's character Jack appears in obsessive24's excellent slash vid The Lightning Strike.)
Some fans adore the way Sebastian Stan walks, especially while performing the Winter Soldier. The term Murder Strut was coined to describe this particular way of moving.
RPF pairs him mostly with his Captain America co-stars Chris Evans and Anthony Mackie, original characters, his Gossip Girl co-star: Chace Crawford, or his ex-girlfriend and co-star on OUAT: Jennifer Morrison.
